The Art and Photography Foundation (APF) is dedicated to harnessing the transformative potential of art, to enrich lives, ignite creativity, and connect people. We make art accessible and engaging for everyone through innovative experiences, meaningful dialogue and building communities.
Harish and Bina Shah Foundation is supporting a new initiative by the Art & Photography foundation to acquire and develop a second venue for its flagship project, the Museum of Art & Photography (MAP), Bengaluru. Located across three buildings from the existing centre, the new space will include a children’s art studio, a film viewing room for commissioned video works, dedicated workshop spaces, and expanded conservation laboratories.
HBSF has been a long-standing supporter of the Art & Photography Foundation, an institution committed to making art and culture more accessible through education, conservation, innovation and public engagement to help pioneer a museum-going culture in India. This partnership reflects HBSF’s commitment to strengthening institutions that preserve, celebrate, and expand access to India’s rich artistic and cultural heritage.
