NavGurukul started in 2016 with a single residential campus and has now expanded to multiple campuses across Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan. Through self-paced and peer-driven learning models, we have enabled over 1,100 students to secure jobs with salaries ranging from ₹2.4 LPA to ₹8.5 LPA, collectively earning ₹33+ crores annually. Our 120+ hiring partners include Thoughtworks, Mindtree, and other top startups. NavGurukul offers lifetime alumni support, ensuring continuous career growth. The programmes uniquely blend technical skills with holistic life skills development, cultivating independence and power to take charge of their own careers.

With support from Harish and Bina Shah Foundation, approx..250 students at Raipur and Udaipur pursued courses in programming and business. The grant also launched our first Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree programme at Baru Sahib, Himachal Pradesh, in partnership with other esteemed universities, empowering students with formal qualifications alongside industry-relevant skills.
